Trivia Hints: 9/26, Charity Trivia Fest for the CTF.

Hey gang, we return this week for a special edition of our trivia at the Sports Page on Wednesday night, 7pm. It will be our 1st Annual Charity Trivia Fest for the Children's Tumor Foundation. (CTF for the CTF. Clever, right?) Please join us for as we try to raise money and awareness for the research of ending Neurofibromatosis. (www.ctf.org). 100% of our proceeds are going to the organization tomorrow.

We will have 3 sepearate auctions to win a date with Noah, Mike, and Cory. The dates are left up to your imagination (within reason, of course!). Romantic, bro-hang, group outing, whatevs. We will be selling ourselves for the sake of raising money for a very worthy cause!

We'll also have tickets to Saturday's Twins/Tigers game and a couple of other raffle goodies. I also intend to embarrass Cory by making him do dares for money. We'll see how creative and weird we can get.

Trivia will be standard fare. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Nothing too out of the ordinary like our themed nights can usually be, it's basic, broad range trivia. If you've yet to check us out, Wednesday, 9/26, will be a great day to do so!

Hints:

Image Round: Most Charitable Celebrities of 2011
Sound Round: Marching Bands play the hits

If you cannot make it out tomorrow, but would like to donate to our cause, here's the direct link for Team Klein for CTF. Any amount helps and we truly appreciate all of your support!

9/18 Hints and notes.

Wednesday night, 9/19, 7pm, Sports Page Trivia. We're ready, you should be too.

Hints:
Image Round - U.S. or French? Flip a coin to decide!
Sound Round - "Fall" songs. You know, cause it's autumn time. This is a Joe Hanstad (remember him?) production.

Last week proved to be pure dominance by Karate School Dropouts and their winning score of 35 points out of a possible 38. Very close showing for 2nd and 3rd place with every other team in the mix.

Mike and Noah will be your hosts. Our friend Cory will be running a marathon in a few weeks for the Children's Tumor Foundation. He'll also join us as our guest DJ this week. Joe may be in the house as well to say hey if he's not knee deep in books and loose women.

This is Cory. You can win him next week. He doesn't believe in sleeves.

Come, hang out, and bring your pals to see if you can reign supreme!

PROGRAMMING NOTES:
Next week (9/26) is our big charity trivia event for the Children's Tumor Foundation. It will be a standard formatted trivia night with a few fun surprises added in to help raise a little cash to help with the research of neurofibromatosis. Mike, Noah, and Cory will all be in attendance and will all be available for auction for dates!

Please join us on 9/26 as we try to raise some money and awareness for a fantastic cause. Here's a link to the organization: www.ctf.org.
