Hints for 3/28/12

Hints for tonight, 3/28:

Image Round: Top of the Pops, hot artists of the moment
Sound Round: Country music about beer and pickup trucks

It finally happened. The improbable run of Kempy's Klowns came to a screeching halt last week. The formula for success: They added a new member. They changed their name. They improved their game.
Say hello to our champions from last week, Twiggy Martian & The Stellar Frankfurters.

They've had their share of 2nd and 3rd place showings, but this marks the first win for the gang. It was far from easy as they won a tiebreaker with Kempy's and District 55, but congrats to the team formerly known as Sparkling Apple Juice! We'll see if we have a new dynasty team on our hands.

We'll have a guest DJ in the house tonight. Our friend Kara joins us to share some tunes. Again, if you're interested, shoot us an email and you can play the role of DJ for our fine production.

Free to play, prizes to win, you should be there and see if you and your friends can be the next trivia champs!

Hints 3/14/12: Batter Up!

Hey everybody, per request, trivia tonight will indeed be baseball themed. We couldn't quite figure out when to do it, but we may as well live in the present and do it tonight.

Fret not, even though it is baseball themed, that does not necessarily mean every question will be about baseball. So, it may be more to your advantage to know about baseball movies, tv shows, stadium food, etc., than actual baseball facts and figures.

Image Round: Minnesota Twins, past and present
Sound Round: Baseball Teams, songs that have a team name in the band or song.

We will have to delay our Twins prize package we discussed last week. So, NO Twins ticket giveaway tonight. We will definitely do that this year though, promise.

Should be a beautiful night outside, come hang out with us!
